The President’s Advisory Council is a group of alumni and friends of the college who:

• Share a commitment to the college’s mission
• Invest time, talent, and resources in helping the college to achieve its strategic goals
• Help to expand the College’s circle of friends, without bearing fundraising obligations
• Offer the president their best advice, unencumbered by fiduciary responsibility.

The Council gathers once or twice a year to:

• Review and strengthen long-range planning efforts
• Bring insights from individual work/life environments and experiences
• Call the college’s attention to potentially helpful new friends and prospects
• Assist with other tasks appropriate to their circumstances and interests.

The group’s function is advisory in role and scope. Members serve three-year terms and represent a wide range of expertise and disciplines.
